Thanks to a challenge in one of my SparkPeople teams, I came up with 10 reasons why I am losing weight.
Here they are in no particular order:
1. To make Dave proud
2. To feel better about myself
3. To get my BP under control w/out meds
4. To look better
5. To enjoy clothes shopping
6. To have "functional fitness"
7. To live longer
8. To get a "righteous" butt
9. To lower my cholesterol
10. To get "checked out"
It's a cool re-affirmation of the purpose of my goals. =)
