I haven't been blogging my workouts here, because I set up a spreadsheet to track them since I got the heart rate monitor. I am still plugging along with 5-6 workouts a week.
And yesterday at WI, I was down 3.8 lbs. That's 15.8 total. I'm very excited about that. Still have a long way to go, but I will get there and stay there.
I feel fantastic!
And I love my husband... he is fabulous!
