I worked out again last night. I can actually feel my body getting stronger. It's so hard, but so worth it. I am going for it again tonight, then taking Friday off for my body to rest and replenish. My goal is to get to five days a week, at least 40 minutes a day. I'm thinking Friday and Sunday are good rest days. Every other Friday we pick up Shea, so it's hard to have time to fit it in. And Saturdays are usually kind of lazy except for housework, so I can work in a longer workout. Sunday is the perfect rest day!
