I enjoyed my rest day on Friday. Yesterday I did an awesome 55 minute cardio + sculpt. Today I thought about a rest day... it *is* Sunday, after all... but I decided a 30-minute cardio was in order. We are having fondue for the game tonight, so I need all the help I can get!
I'm so tired after a workout, but I have found that my energy level the rest of the time is up from the increased (that's increased from non-existent) exercise. It's all very good.
