I've been at this workout thing for a couple of weeks. The first one I did depressed me, because I remembered how fit I was, and starting out I couldn't get through it without rest breaks. It is simply amazing how fast your body responds to consistent exercise, though. I've been rotating through DVDs, but I have a one favorite that I do once a week. It's still hard, but each time I do it, I can do it a little better. Tonight I did it without any breaks. Maybe next week, I'll do one step segment with the 8" step instead of the 6".
Dave is so encouraging and motivating. I love that man! (I've probably mentioned that before...LOL)
