Fitness Journal

I'm going to start blogging my workouts each day. I actually do them in the evenings during the week. On the weekends, whenever.

I'll catch up this week now:
  • 11/09-Monday: FIRM TMS (45-min cardio + sculpt)
  • 11/10-Tuesday: FIRM CK (40-min cardio)
  • 11/11-Wednesday: FIRM CBS (45-min cardio + sculpt)
  • 11/12-Thursday: FIRM UCB (45-min cardio)
  • 11/13-Friday: REST DAY
Going forward, I'll try to blog how I feel the workout went. I'm really looking forward to the rest day.
