MDU Part Deux
Okay, I drug out my step and tiny 3-lb. weights and did a 30-minute cardio DVD. Yay me!
It was not a particularly hard one compared to what I used to do, but it's been a long time. It was a start, and I got all the way through it. I feel very good about myself today.
